                      Nayantara GhoshDr. Nayantara Ghosh-Ersek is a management consultant and trainer 
                    with solid experience in international business and cross-cultural 
                    consulting for global corporations. She holds a M.A. in Philology 
                    and Pedagogy from the University of Salzburg/Austria, and 
                    a Ph.D. from the University of Lausanne/Switzerland in socio-cultural 
                    studies.Nayantara is fluent in English, French, German, 
                      Italian, and Spanish and has a 
                      working knowledge of Bengali, Turkish and Greek. Her extensive 
                      work experience in the United States, France, Italy, 
                      Switzerland, Germany, Austria, Sudan and India 
                      began her life-long interest in intercultural issues. Nayantara has successfully managed business start-ups, 
                      organizational transformation, cultural change, and 
                      executive coaching. At Apple Computer Inc. 
                      Nayantara served at the manager level in marketing and sales, 
                      at UNICEF she held the position of Development Education 
                      Officer, at Neumann Management Consultants and Korn Ferry 
                      International she advised HR departments as senior executive 
                      search consultant. In 1996, Nayantara founded her independent consultancy. 
                      Her company offers services in the field of Intercultural 
                      Training and Human Resources Consulting. She is a lecturer 
                      on intercultural competences at various academic 
                      institutions and is on the Advisory Board of the Danube 
                      University Department of Cultural Studies and IBB Management 
                      Consulting. Nayantara was born in India to an Indian father 
                      and an Austrian mother. She is now residing with her family 
                      in Vienna and married to a Turkish-Austrian. She is a proud 
                      mother of two children. The family enjoys traveling, outdoor 
                      activities of all sorts and meeting friends from all over 
                      the world. |
